The location was convenient to downtown Richmond and restaurants. The breakfast was awesome!

I was made to pay double when the front desk lady did not officially see my booking.com reservation at first. She did not do much to help the situation. It wasn't until the next day that a gentleman at the front desk helped and voided the double payment before I checked out on Sunday.
There was dog poop in the hallway at a door that a person who stayed did not pick up and it created a terrible smell on the 1st floor.
The bathroom in room 426 was not very clean around the bathtub.
