This place is worn out. The lobby doors remain unlocked all nite. The hall carpets are old and dirty. The towels are thin.

It wasn't even check in because the room wasn't ready I had to wait till later on that night he was nasty took pictures holes in the wall rust and you forget before the bathtub it's closer and take a shower like a swimming pool hate it

The front desk staff is always awesome! Though it is a business you always feel like family. The staff members for housekeeping are always polite and at your request they provide the necessary items if you're not checking out that day. I absolutely love that there's a laundry facility on the property. Pet friendly and on two different bus lines for easy entertainment and shopping. They are in between two different gas stations for those that drive.

I forgot to request a kitchenette room.. but I'm sure as before they would have made the accommodations had I remembered.

First of all. We did not get the room we paid for. We wanted two beds. One bed ripped blankets. I asked for another pillow and the front desk didn't have a key to getvus one
There was one towel for two people,no cups in the bathroom to rinse out mouth after teeth brushing. Again. No key to closet
The hallways were loud with screaming and laughing until 5:30 in the morning
It was awful. No sleep after a long drive

As always the staff is the best...they know you by name and not by the money you spend to stay. Very informative about the local shops surrounding the hotel & it is a pet-friendly hotel with veterinarians in close proximity if needed.
Negatives:
A shuttle to and from the hotel to see the sites and shop, as the public bus is not close by for the elderly or disabled. As well as outside seating for those that smoke(away from the entrance).

The property was filthy I should have turned around before I entered the building. The front door was disgusting. Dogs barked until midnight. The guest were extremely loud in th hallway as well as on the grounds
The only reason I stayed is because a family member was in the hospital and there were no available rooms at a decent establishment

Well check in was at 3pm so we got there at 2:30 to check in. They told us they were running late and we couldn't check in untill 3:30. We came back went up to the room and the cleaning staff told us it would be another hour. So we sat on the floor and waited until 4:30. The cleaning staff told us the TV was broken and they would get us another one. We got in the room and it was filthy. There was bits of trash and food all over the room in every corner and the floor was sticky and they left two broken TV's in the room. We called down to the front desk twice to have the floors swept and mopped and a replacement TV. No one ever showed up. We then found out the toilet was stopped up so we called the front desk and they told us we could come down and get a plunger. Oh but it gets better...the next morning we found out the shower/ tub wasn't draining so we all got to shower in everyone else's filth up to their shins. I spent almost $90 for this filthy crappy hotel...never again

The way they treat me. Unacceptable racist lady. I dont know how she get hire. When I get there around 5am no body was there, after a couple of minutes she show up and look like she was sleep because she approach me rude and complaint about the time I was checking. She start yelling at me and she never check me in I didnt get my room that I pay for.
