First night, there was no remote for the tv. The second night, the ac unit was MAJORLY leaking water all over the floor. Someone came to fix it. However, it wasn't fixed by far. I asked to switch rooms, which I was told none were available. I asked for towels and explained I used all the bath towels for the major water on the floor and was told there were no more towels and handed a few rag towels, which did nothing! I explained at check out that I couldn't shower with no towels, and my daughter slipped and fell in the water and hurt herself and was only refunded 40% of that night and am still waiting for it. It's very disappointing and will never stay again!! I should have been refunded for the whole night, especially knowing my daughter fell and hurt herself due to their neglect

Beautiful room, with good air conditioning and a comfy bed. Had a really good night's sleep. Staff were also very friendly and efficient.
Negatives:
The WiFi was down due to a storm which was problematic for me.
