Pretty much everything. Happy hour was a lie. no bottled water in hotel rooms. No ice makers in the hotel. Cold and empty room.

The Mattress was the worst ever. It needs to be replaced

The bathroom was dated, but more importantly we were forced to pay extra per day for parking which was ridiculous and not at all disclosed up front. I would not have stayed there had i known in advance.

The building (especially in the Atrium area) was EXTREMELY cold and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was great. Location was convenient and access was easy.

There was a power failure about 10 minutes before we arrived, so checkin was delayed and a bit uncertain. We nearly left for another hotel, but then the power returned, so we stayed.
