Negatives: I did not appreciate being charged for the room twice when nobody stayed there. We got the room for our worker but he didn't use it. We were credited but then just got charged AGAIN today. Big hassle! Never stayed. Didn't use the room. No housekeeping. No breakfast. But got charged twice. VERY BAD!

Negatives: No phone or clock in room! No trash can or toilet paper. The refrigerator didn't keep anything cold. The TV remote didn't work! It was horrible to stay in this room! I will NEVER recommend this place!

Positives: Hell -hole- filth, STENCH OF ANIMALS -unbearable , got a second room -NO TOWELS, NO BLANKETS-shower curtain bottom was BLACK with grime holes in the bathroom door -looked like fist punches-complete, gaping, holes - filth -scary
