Negatives: The smell outside smelled like pee and mulch strong smell. the fact that I couldn’t check in at all. The fact that the lobby closed and nothing posted online that says they have a closing time, and they weren’t able to get ahold of the “night crew” to come open the doors for me and my guest to the room to check in . A waste of time and money because I booked online. Still no refund given
