Positives: Daytime staff were pleasant. Owners and night staff were not

Negatives: When we arrived lady sitting outside smoking said she would be in soon, had to wait until she finished her break. Then stated we had no reservations. Jacked up price. Showed no empathy. Seemed to know number of party and special requests but no reservation. Parking lot had Crack heads and prostitution on property. Place was loud and only simi-clean. We could have stayed in a way nicer place for what we paid. No way to get in touch with booking.com
