Room had roaches,cigarette burns in comforter, the floor was dirty, ashes in the corner of the room,tv remote barely worked, I was up charged when asked to stay an additional night, old/damaged furniture. I once lived in South Boston 2 decades ago and the setup is still the same!! The bed was horrible it felt unstable. My roommate noticed mold on the air conditioner where the cold air dispersed.
