Short staffed, arrived at hotel at 5:30pm , couldn’t get into a room until almost 7pm because no clean room was available due to short staffing! Had to meet dinner date with friends at 8pm so I had to ridiculously rush to get ready . Supervisor should have been there to help but chose to direct hotel issues from myself and other unhappy guest over the phone with the poor desk clerk whom also came in to help, Very unprofessional ! Parking lot with a mound of mulch taking up 3 parking spots ls in an already limited parking lot. Also broken down cars that have obviously been there a while. Trash cans in common areas over flowed with garbage literally piled around them from the time I checked in until I checked out the next day! I’m glad I didn’t try to check in at 3pm as it’s advertised to be available to do so !

The inside and outside of the property is just run down. Lots of rust and dust on things like the air conditioner vents that should be replaced.The furniture is old/scratched. The hallways could use some air freshener. There's no breakfast - just coffee and prepackaged snacks in the morning.

Toilet was running for first 2 days and want address, 3rd day my room flooded and ruined some of my belongs and I wasnt properly compensated for it

Its not perfect, but its value priced and more than good enough for our purpose. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Our room was mistakenly given to someone else with the same last name, so we had to spend an extra 30 min proving we had not made the mistake and waiting for another room. Sloppy front desk management.

My car got broken into on the 1st night. I asked if they had cameras, but I was told no. When the police came they told me at this specific hotel several cars have gotten broken into lately. They asked the hotel to get cameras, but was told they wouldnt.
