Location was nice..not too far from all attractions…room we stayed in was great!
Negatives:
Breakfast and staff…breakfast was not at all good..on one of the mornings, i opened the food warmer and the sausage patties were being served inside what looked like a huge plastic bag that they came with in packaged in…the staff did not seem very welcoming at all, just seemed like they did not want to be there..I called 3 or 4x down to the front desk and no answer but as soon as I would go downstairs each time, someone was at the desk..I asked for extra towels and pillows, none was ever brought up to me or given

Our TV was broken but it wasn't nothing that the staff could not fix right away. The waffle maker was broken so the kids were disappointed.

Positives:
The rooms were nice and big, without being too big. When we texted about an issue with the tv, maintenance came right up and remedied the problem.
Negatives:
The door to our room was an issue and we had difficulty opening and closing it.
