Negatives: The shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers were empty. Pool looked dirty.

Negatives: Needed cleaning and maybe sanitizing?

Negatives: So when we first checked in, we went to our room, and the first thing we saw were plumbing tools scattered everywhere. The sink was completely black and it was leaking underneath with a bucket placed there to catch it. We called the front desk repeatedly from the room with no answer so we had to walk to the lobby from the 3rd floor just to talk to someone. The woman working said she would check to see if she even had a room. An hour and a half later, we finally got moved to a new room and by then it was already 9:30. So we asked the lady who was working if we could stay in the pool a little past the 10:00pm close time since it took so long to move us and our kids were dying to swim. She said we had until 10:30. Great! So we got ready and went to the pool and got there at 9:50. My kids got in the pool and a woman who said she was the general manager and goes by the name of Missy, came up to us and said just a reminder, the pool closes at 10. I proceeded to tell her what the other lady told us and Missy then said if you aren't out by 10 I'll have you arrested! At that point I was shocked and, I was about to tell her again what the other lady told us and she then cussed my whole family and walked out laughing. We were so taken aback that we packed up 10 minutes after getting down there and went back to our new room. I then called the complaint department and filed a complaint. I also alerted the day shift manager who was working on Sunday the 18th at 9:00 am about what happened and all she had to say was, sorry, Missy has been here for 12 years and I can't help you. On top of all of that, our new room had no phone, the mini fridge didn't work, and the pillows had 2 pillowcases on each one which tells me that they aren't changing them every time someone checks out. Also, at night when we took our dog out, a group of men would party out back on the picnic tables.

Negatives: Food was not kept stocked and did not seem to be tended to frequently

Negatives: I booked a walk-in shower and got a tub shower that was less than desirable. Also, the complimentary breakfast was not good. Biscuits were frozen, gravy was super thick, and scrambled eggs were somewhat mushy.

Negatives: The only issue we had was the room smelled like a wet dog and it was very damp feeling

Negatives: The a/c unit had an intermittent rattling noise. Sleep was difficult due to the noise. Shower curtain was obviously about to fall off.

Negatives: Really would have liked to be able to have a walk-in shower instead of bath tub.

Negatives: Beds were very hard and the rooms were very dated. The side door on the first floor sticks. It doesn't lock unless you pull it closed, so it was unlocked most times I used it. There was a broken outlet cover in the bathroom, and there was no vent fan or heat or anything in the bathroom. We also had a light bulb out in one of the lamps.
