Positives:
The coffee machine was broken, that's all we wanted.
Negatives:
The room smelled bad, you could see that the door had been pryed open at one point, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And a lady, Ann, who lives in room 121 has 2 dogs and I was walking around the building with my grandson and the dogs came flying out of her door and bit him, didn't break the skin but left welts on his hands and arms. Went to the front desk and was told he didn't know who it could have been. The staff the next morning told me her name and also told me the dogs were supposed to be leashed. We will take this further if we have to.

Positives:
It was a dumpster pit, not sure how they are even in buisness as I found bedbug casings and various types of mold, mysterious residues, safety hazards and much more horrific sanitary concerns.
Negatives:
Everything. It was a horrible experience, the worst I've ever had booking a hotel. Bed bugs, mold, broken and disgusting room I requested a refund an hour after booking and checking in and left immediately.

Negatives:
The room was literally falling apart and had stains everywhere. I’m talking moldy caulk around the tub, chunks of plaster missing, holes in the wall, smushed bugs on the walls and smelled of mildew. Mattress was obviously very old and sunk in the middle. If I had been staying for more than one night I would’ve just gotten a refund and stayed somewhere else honestly. If you do stay go ahead and take pictures of any damage to cover yourself since once you arrive even though you already paid for your room they will put an additional hold on your card.

This was the filthiest place I’ve ever encountered. I considered taking pictures, but am embarrassed to admit that I remained in a room that looked like this. Immediately I called every hotel in the area to look for vacancy in a place that would take our 15lb dog and us. There were none..

Negatives:
Musty smell, front door difficult to shut, had to slam! Ants in doorway, two flies occupied room, I should have charged them rent! Furniture frayed and chipped. Refrig needs defrosting, painting peeling in corner, hole in ceiling near window, walls disgusting in bathroom. Noise from kids running in upper hallway, noise from traffic. Driveway and parking lot needs potholes repaired and then re-paved. Not a pleasant stay, not a relaxing stay!
