Between Monday, Dec 2nd, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Dec 3rd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 3, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day/s prior to arrival will incur a charge of 15% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).
