Negatives:
Paying $10 to park is ridiculous when I already paid $238.00 for a room. The separate charge puts a $100.00 hold on my credit card which stays there for days. For the extra parking charge I would at least expect the parking lot to be free of litter and debris. I had to park on the opposite side of the building from my room.
No idea if there was wifi available or not. The front desk did not give me a password nor a map or explanation of what the amenities of the hotel were. I was not told there was a breakfast nor where it is.
The bathroom sink was clogged.
After looking thru these review options I have gone back and changed my review to very poor. I see there is a option for paid wifi. Not sure what that is, as again I was not given any wifi information, paid or free. Also there is a business center I see in the review. I was not told about that. I did travel for business purposes.

We loved the hot tub, bed, and size of the room—good location and convenient wineries and to Seattle airport.

I need more gluten-free items at breakfast. Also low sugar granola.

The pool was the only good part.
Negatives:
Super noisy all night long, there is no sound insulation and the walls shake when other doors slam. Room was cleaned, found leftover plastic utensils under the table and a ball of hair in the bathroom. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The place is run down and the carpet buckled so much that you will trip over it if not careful. To make matters worse, when we changed the reservation to check out early, they charged us about $80 more than the booking.com email stated. At $360 per night, it was a rip off and we will never stay there again.
