Positives:
I do enjoy the room and the breakfast, but this is 3rd time I've had an issue. I won't stay again.
Negatives:
The front desk attendant was ridiculously rude, and charged me 30$ for late checkout. This would be fine if when I had asked when I checked in If I could have late checkout. She said 'of course', when I asked what the fee was she said 'nothing' this time. The next morning @ 10 am front desk calls and TELLS me TO leave by 11 or pay fee. I had a call at 11 and would have lost business had I had to pack and leave. She has zero concern for my predicament and said 'do you want to pay or are you leaving?' I paid fee but won't return.
The constant opening and slamming of door next to mine awful, but less annoying than the crude front desk attitude.
