Positives:
Breakfast was good and happy it was available at 6AM. Towels were soft and plentiful and there were plenty of bathroom amenities. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
HVAC off and would not work when entered room. Because one of us (not me) knew that unplugging and plugging it back in might solve the problem (reboot), it was possible to get the AC to work as the room was very muggy upon entry. The desk chair did not work. It was necessary to give a $100 deposit because they have "a lot of clientele that steal things." Not a comforting indication for the customer. Price paid was way too high but consistent with the area which is massively over priced. Final negative is about the excessive quantity of notifications compounded by Booking sharing all my information as in mobile number and email so I get emails and texts saying the same thing .... why is this necessary (fault of hotel vendor) and it is a privacy issue (booking issue)! I do not need multiple notifications - so annoying.

Positives:
- In general not bad hotel to stay for one night.
- Plenty of parking around the hotel.
- Very good location. You have lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel and it is close to airport. But mind the traffic jams that can be terrible. It took us 1.5h to get to airport which is only 20km away.
- Room was big and comfortable. It was also quite in the room. Beds and shower were also good.
Negatives:
- Very poor breakfast. I would suggest more freshly prepared food.
- Carpets are very dirty in the corridors and hallways.
- They had only outdoor pool that we haven’t tried, cause it was a bit windy and cold. I would prefer indoor one especially with child.
- First we’ve got a room with a smoking smell, but staff has quickly changed it to another room.

The staff were all very friendly, the hotel is clean despite being somewhat worn.
The location is excellent.
Negatives:
The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The instant oatmeal must have been old, it stuck to the package. The eggs and sausages were good, the potatoes could have been cooked a bit more, and browned if you wanted them to be excellent. This is obviously an older hotel, it’s showing its age, furniture is a bit worn in places.

The service and the cleanness of the room I expect it better but it did not meet my expectations for what the cost was to stay! To much money for the way the room was Again extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t stay there anymore
