The pillow was a laughable facsimile of a pancake. The lights shown in the windows with the forces of a sunny day. Other clientele gathered outside at all hours talking loudly with no reminder of quiet hours.

Centrally located and the girl at the front desk was very nice.

Very dirty and moldy room and bathroom. Shower had not been cleaned, mold all throughout shower and sink, flies in the sink. Hairs and shampoo buildup in shower upon arrival. Smelled like smoke. Bed was smaller than a queen.

Location was handy to freeway and services nearby.
Negatives:
Thermostat broken. Room stayed at 75 degrees the whole time. When we reported it to the sraff, all they said was sorry and didn't offer any discount or credit towards another stay. This was also a deluxe update room so it was even more disappointing. Shower head was mounted in a way as to avoid splashing outside the shower, but the size was also cramped even for a person my height at 5'5". There was space for it to be another 18" wider in the space since there's no tub and a luggage stand in there. Nice concept but failed in execution.

Affordable hotel in a nice area. Rooms were relatively updated/modeled. Live hotel staff at check in and check out, not some remote self check in (I hate those self check in.)
Negatives:
Rooms are too basic and sparse, need at least a coffee pot in the room. A microwave would be better. Exterior hotel design is very outdated and has questionable safety, stairwells are too few and far between. Chair in room was cheap and uncomfortable. Mattress slides around on bed frame.
