Positives: Honestly, the room stank, the sheets and bedding smelled moldy. The room temperature control did not work properly. I was a bit shocked because my former stays at other locations had been quite a bit different. I don’t think it’s a personal problem. I think the place just needs a facelift. All your staff were great, including the shuttle support people.
Negatives: See above comments. If the location is making money, perhaps management should put some of that back into the infrastructure, such as the windows that are moldy the carpet that stinks the bedding that is old and the plumbing that barely works.

Positives: Spacious room with armchair. Comfortable bed. Close to airport. Convenient free shuttle service, although a bit of a challenge to find out where to catch it at the airport. Close to 13Coins restaurant a short stroll away.
Negatives: No coffee facilities in room, or cold water. When we asked about coffee, a coffee machine was brought to the room. This didn’t work at all so made do without a coffee, which was tough!

Negatives: The first room we had was dirty and not clean. AC was loud could not sleep in this room. Second room the AC was loud motor sound so could not sleep with AC on. Very stuffy, smelled and nearly slept. I paid $330.00 for this room and will be requesting refund.

Negatives: The hotel denied me a receipt for my payment. They told me booking-com had to give me the receipt. And tells me they cannot give me a receipt because I paid the hotel (which is true), and the hotel has to give me the receipt. But they DENIED me a receipt. I need to request reimbursement for this stay, and I am unable to do it without a receipt. I know it is illegal for a hotel to deny a receipt for my payment. Is this for tax evasion or what is the reason to deny a receipt/invoice?? Unbelievable! The charge in my credit card appears as Red Lion, not as So I know the hotel owes me the receipt. The trouble and headaches that this is causing me, made this stay a pure nightmare. Horrible service. I would not recommend to anyone.

Positives: Appreciate that they had a shuttle that takes you to and from Seattle Airport. Also loved the fact that there was a Jack and the Box right down the street (haven't had that in almost 5yrs). Both the room and the bathroom were spacious. The women that were at the front desk when I checked in and checked out were nice.
Negatives: Even though it's stated to use the payphone # to call them to request being picked up, the number wasn't working so I ended up having to call them myself.
