My hotel stay was rough to say the least. I have as locked out of my room for 4 hours. While the front desk staff was wonderful, the engineering staff had appalling customer service at best.
Negatives:
Customer Service. Only bright spot here was the manager Kim and two wonderful boys from the front desk Massai and Dan. The hotel refunded my entire stay for how horrible I was treated.

We stayed in the hotel for seven days. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned every day except two days.

The garage access did not work. I could not get in for late check in on my wedding night and I could not get out for 45 minutes morning after.

Hotel employee in the restaurant was AMAZING, my entire group was just so impressed by her level of attention and care. Were from out of town and she gave us recommendations, asked about us and what we liked even got us directions/addresses for places we wanted

The location is ok, not the hotels fault but Seattle has really gone down hill in the last few years, while expected its sad to see. The hotel did an excellent job though of making us feel safe and welcome.

Nothing. I actually had a reservation for the following weekend and I immediately canceled it. The hotel restaurant menu was way overpriced. Its not about being able to afford, its not wanting to pay overpriced and or additional junk fees.

All the businesses around were boarded up. Homeless people doing drugs everywhere outside. I was told I needed to pay an additional 50 hotel day use charge. Id already paid when I made reservation. No where to park, they charge 70 a day to park with them

I liked the location. I liked the bed. The staff was great.
Negatives:
No microwave. No bathtub. Very weak water pressure. Somewhat dated. Extra fees. Thin walls. Not a 4-star hotel. 3.5 maybe. One beer was $16. That is STUPID. I could buy a 4-pack of KBS Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout for that price.
