Negatives: It all started with check in. Our room was not ready for 1 hour and 45 minutes after check in. When we finally got to our room after waiting in the lobby we only had 1 set of towels for the two of us. We will never stay at this Hilton again!!! We also got trapped in the parking garage when the parking meter machine malfunctioned! Horrible trip

Negatives: The shower made a horrible clanking noise when I turned it on, and I could hear the same thing happening to others In adjacent rooms, so something funky going on with the plumbing/showers. Other than that, it was perfect
