Updated rooms in older hotel, good location
Positives:
The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area with quick access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean and rather spacious. The staff members were very friendly and the breakfast is good with a great variety of food.

Great hotel for a stay in Silverdale

The location was the highlight of the trip, it allowed access to everything and was very convenient
Negatives:
We were checked in with the pretenses of having a small dog, an emotional support animal, in our possession. We requested for it and the reservation was approved. We stay two nights in room 319, which let me add had a noisy fan that kept us up, but was loud enough to drown out any other noises we were hearing being so close to the road. The bed was small and very uncomfortable, preferably it was more comfortable sleeping on the floor. And to add to the overall theme, the day of checkout we get a call, and are told that we were put in a non-pet room, and that we would be charged a 54.25 pet fee, as well as a 250 cleaning fee. The front desk made it abundantly clear that we were to be charged for their incompetence. Then decided they better call their GM and clear their name. We travel every weekend. And we will not be traveling here from today forward.
