The wild pitbull running through the halls, the cops showing up, dogs barking, people screaming, the paper thin walls and the overnight front desk guy talking at top volume through the night. The tv distork, the phone didn’t work, the microwave didn’t work and the bunk bed had loose screws and bolts.

the staff didn't seem to know how to do their job one guy was getting trained and the person training him didn't know how to charge me for the pet fee . I was told they would refund $100 of my stay however instead they charged me $150 more and then they say I have to wait 7-10 days for them to fix it and return my money Not sure why Them making a mistake is my issue if they can take it they can put it back

I come through Spokane twice a month and I've tried all the other hotels, motels. None are as clean, quit, and a better value then Super 8 in Spokane valley

The room had a stale odor, the bathroom shower needed re-caulking as it had rust stains. We had a family across the hall with a child that cried a lot, we suggest when possible have young families stay in a corner room.
