Free parking, pool, hot tub. Free breakfast.
Negatives:
No restaurant. Free hot breakfast food was not refilled so if you got there before breakfast ended, but not at least 30 minutes early you might only get cereal. They didn’t keep refilling the hot food.

The room was beautiful. Loved the layout. Staff was friendly.

The area was a little less desirable than the downtown area, so just be aware.

Beautiful inside - just not...
Positives:
We pulled up to the hotel to find several homeless people near the building and multiple clunker cars. The staff was nice but it was obvious the hotel was very run down. We chose to look for another hotel even though it meant losing the cost of one night's stay they wouldn't refund. Pictures on the site are not up to date.
Negatives:
Clean the hotel, some paint and put a security person in the lot. We didn't feel safe.
