The staff and Manager work nonstop to keep this place up. CLEANER than some 3.5 and 4 star places I've stayed.
The towels are so soft and the water gets super hot.

Good wifi and water pressure. The towels were especially soft. Clean. No sign of bedbugs.
Negatives:
We specifically changed to this hotel because they had a exercise facility. The treadmill was broken. I'm often frustrated with hotels on Booking that they do not have up to date facilty info (construction, pool open/closed, etc.). We were not offered any $$ off for our dissappointment. Also, the door showed signs that it had been forcibly kicked in more than once.

We were in town for a soccer tournament. My son broke his leg the first game. I called them to explain but I still had to pay the full amount.

Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was well-stocked and eating area was clean and comfortable. The motel was easy to access and parking was good.
Negatives:
The rug was not very clean--We found pet hair and cat litter throughout the carpet. Sheets were clean, but had tattered edges. There was no quilt or blanket on the bed. The smoke alarm had been removed from the ceiling. Room smelled musty if A/C wasn't turned down to at least 64 or colder. Otherwise it smelled okay.
