Room had some mold on the ceiling and in the corners in the shower. No hair shampoo or conditioner in the shower pump bottles...which u didn't find out until you were in the shower with a wet head..

The location. Best customer service was from shuttle driver. He was more helpful than any other hotel staff

Staff had attitudes, argued about the two rooms I had and said they the manager only told them to clean one of the rooms. Smacked lips, walked awayand left all cleaning supplies in hallway. Breakfast was not over yet and no breakfast.

I use Charleston as a meet up point and this hotel has been great for that. Easy to find, convenient location to the city center and the design of the hotel is fantastic. I absolutely love walking into this huge lobby when I stay here.

Parking feels a little tricky but it does have a parking garage next door and they give you a pass. Our room was nice and spacious, the walls could use some refreshing.

I did not like the way the heat/air was set up in the room. It seemed like all of the heat/air was going to the part of the room that was not where the beds were making it an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

Great location. Felt like a vacation with a huge open area in the center. Free breakfast was wonderful with various items, including a made to order omelette station. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

The staff member checking us in wasnt overly friendly. The evening reception was nice, but required long wait times for a drink. The food provided at the reception was underwhelming. Overall, though, this is a very nice hotel. Worth the $$.

Our neighbors were smoking marijuana which really stunk up our room, but the hotel was so nice it didn't really matter.
