The only thing that was so disappointing was the breakfast buffet. The hot food bar was cold. I complained to the front desk about it on the first day bit it was ignored.

Breakfast was over too early for an 11 oclock checkout breakfast until 10 makes more sense.

The two free alcoholic beverages were the only good things along with the breakfast selection

The staff was very rude and during check in the person answered the phone and starting talking as he gave me my room keys & didnt explain anything like what floor my room was on, where the pool was located, what time breakfast was or anything like that.
