Positives:
Breakfast selections were great. Location was ideal because it's close to everything. We only needed to stay in Charleston for one night, so it was ok to stay.
Negatives:
Hotel had an odd smell to it. Appears older inside with stains and older looking stuff (like shower, etc). The beds weren't very comfortable and make a horrendous noise. Pillows were so hard they hurt my ears. Location appears to be where all the homeless gather.
