Positives: Friendly staff...eager to be of service Clean comfortable rooms Breakfast section somewhat limited, but appreciated what was offered, which was well prepared

Negatives: PLEASE add Netflix to option to TV Internet issue...signed up for the vpn option, which worked the evening of check-in, but not the following morning, which was about 10 hrs later. Staff kindly credited the charge, but frustrated they had to do that as thought the service was for 24 hrs, not the ~5 hrs left on the day of check-in.
