Negatives: There was a group of men staying at the hotel who partied in the hotel parking lot outside our room until 4 am. Multiple calls to the front desk did not result in the men dispersing until we asked if we should call the police. We discussed the issue with management afterwards who apologized and said they would do better next time. We complained to Booking.com who arranged a $30 refund for the two rooms my family occupied.
