Customer service disappointed that I ask if I have a choice on the 1st floor or upper level. personal intake did not answer my question and gave me 2nd floor. I want it on the first floor. That was my request. I didn't want to make it a scene in the lobby, so I just accepted it. I struggled a little bit going up the steps, no elevator

Stayed for a month. Was told by front desk clerk we could stay in one room with number of people. Next morning was told by manager had to book 2 rooms for a number of people or lose the money for the room we booked for a week. Employees smoking marijuana
