Nothing, it was filthy dirty. It was in a state of disrepair. There was a pool but no disclosure it was out of service. Continental breakfast was a box of cereal and a gallon of milk for everyone there. Do not stay there, I repeat, do not stay there!!!

Everything, it was filthy dirty. It was scary just crawling in bed. The walls were so thin you could hear everything in the rooms through out the whole hallway. The TV on the wall was almost falling down. The sheets and towels were stained.

When we checked into our room, we went into the bathroom and there was no shower curtain, not even a rod to put one up. Then are room was so far away from the main router we couldn't even watch TV unless hooked to our hotspot. Our drain stopper in the sink was broken so every time we went to the bathroom we had to wash our hands in the bathtub. The bar and pool that were advertised were both closed. The only ice machine that worked was located by the front desk (we had the room the furthest away). When we ran the jacuzzi tub, there was no hot water, same with the shower, it took filling the jacuzzi tub and waiting an hour before we had any hot water in our room. Then as we were getting ready to leave, when my fiancée took stuff out to the car, the outside door stuck so bad that he was locked out of the building and had to walk all the way around to get back in.

the outside looked like it was an abandoned building. I did not like being double charged. I prepaid thru Booking.com and then the hotel charged me directly. My husband has been dealing with the hotel management for several weeks and I still do not have my refund. Very frustrating. We have had this happen with other hotel chains and have always been refunded within 48 hours.
