Positives:
Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast served was good. At breakfast, the cook and customer service gentleman who cleaned the tables were friendly and attentive to the guests' needs.
Negatives:
We were unable to shower or take a bath because the tub water faucet was broken and came off in our hands. We reported this when checking out. The desk clerk was polite and apologized but offered nothing further.

We had a good stay @ Best Western except the inability to shower/bath due to the broken tub faucet.
Positives:
The room was large and had a comfy recliner. Staff were friendly.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not what one would expect from a hotel of this level. The eggs were over-salted, and the coffee was cold.
Negatives:
Bathroom showers have no grab bars while standing and the bathtub floor is very slippery. It's an accident waiting to happen. The toilet height was also quite low.

It was clean and staff was friendly
Negatives:
Breakfast was cold food in the warming dishes. The eggs were gross scrambled bacon was under cooked and the kitchen staff wiped up tables and touched tv remote and their fave with the same pair of gloves did not change them at all. Gross! But the coffee was good. Please inform kitchen staff on changing gloves several time like after touching tv remote or their face. To change the gloves and if one is cleaning tables then goes to put flatware in the containers with the same gloves. He needs to change those gloves to clean ones.
