Negatives: Room was incorrect and was charged full price and not given refund despite not staying (Entirely the fault of booking.com, hung up on by booking.com 6 times. Wasn’t resolved until talking to hotel staff themselves who quickly got me a refund which booking.com refused to do after 6 calls and over an hour on the phone. Good hotel, awful site, book through property themselves.)
