Positives:
The only plus was cleanliness and nearby shops, coffee, and food.
Negatives:
Honestly the property was clean but there were some issues. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovations (not a huge deal) they did have a workaround to go to some neighboring hotels instead. The individual at the front desk when we checked in was terrible. She had zero customer service skills. She didnt smile, didnt look at you, just took your cards gave you keys and didnt even say what floor you were on, what room you were in, anything about breakfast, etc. zero communication. The king bed we had in our room was terrible. Stiff as a board our backs hurt every morning. Thankfully it was a short stay. I would not stay here again simply because of the lack of comfort and customer service.

The facility and service was outstanding. I will definitely choose this location during my next visit and tell other colleagues that frequent the area often. The facility is in an excellent area.
