location was great, staff was friendly.
Negatives:
the hallways smelled old, so did the room. we were looking forward to go in pool. it was out of service our first day. breakfast was included which technically meant a sandwich and coffee. No drinks with breakfast for kids unless you purchased it. it was supposed to be river view we were facing the patio with a blocked view of river! No parking included with price and only valet available for extra $$.

Negatives:
Pool was closed, bathroom and floors were dirty, found some hairs on the pillows. Sheets are pretty uncomfortable but the front desk person was very friendly and was able to get us an extra blanket and some new pillows. Parking is $40 per night.

The Parking was not convenient. They only have Valet and it was backed up into the street both coming and going even though the employee (S) were doing their best. Too many arrivals and departures at the same time.
