I was extremely impressed by the front desk staff's friendly and helpful demeanor, particularly when I encountered a situation where the room above mine was excessively noisy due to children jumping on the bed and floor, disrupting my sleep. Given that our stay was for a family funeral, which was already a stressful and emotional experience, the noise was especially challenging. However, the receptionist was very understanding and empathetic, and kindly offered to change our room to a quieter one, room #135, for the remainder of our stay. I am deeply grateful for her compassion and excellent service, and I would like to give her a 5-star rating for her exceptional care and understanding during a difficult time. Thank you

The room was dirty. The bathroom was not up to ADA standards. The tub chair collapsed on me while seated in the tub. The water would not turn off. It ran for days with no solution from management. The towel bar fell off the wall. The bed was high. Hard to get into.

Junior suite falsely advertised two beds. However, only one bed was found, and a pull out Twin size bed from the 1970s. It was soiled. I had to call for bed sheets and pillows for the pull out bed. Very expensive when comparing with others. 2 star
