In a time when our society has begun to rely more on automated customer service and emails. The customer service was outstanding, we had a small issue with noise AND they went above and beyond. If you're debating about the value in the cost it is well worth the $$. Thank you Donna!! Professional, curteous, and pleasant. I spoke with not one but 3 of the housekeeping staff, just Lovely!!!
Negatives:
Small amount of noise later in the night, but we were on the 6th floor near the rooftop bar access. BUT again the staff was wonderful and resolved the issue.

AMAZING... we were close to everything. Enjoyed a walk to the lake and the Public Market.
