Negatives: The breakfast on the weekdays didn’t have much variety and the hours are fairly early. The mattresses did not have any form of bed bug or protection covers on them. There was no ice machine on the first floor.

Negatives: Day 1 Walker staff was on the phone with her man Asked for a courtesy room upgrade was told they don’t do that Then per booking I Had. $877 balance but they was asking me to pay 517 per room per booking it was 438 front desk clerk called her boss who was of no help so I asked what would be rates using my company code she stated they don’t do that which is a lie. Day 2 Nephews came to the room night before and had cracker crumbs went to the desk to request room service and was denied stating we can have room service every three days and we have not been there three days explained to her that the was food on the floor and if the can send to on to vacuum she stated she can give me a broom and dust pan. Day 3 getting ready for hair appointment while in the bathroom seen a roach as I was leaving I want to the desk explained I NEED RS I seen a bug she look at my reservation and said you can’t have room service it hasn’t been three days you can have it tomorrow I stated well mam I seen a ROACH in my room she states we do have those problems showed her the video and pictures she stated she would put me on the list we get back to the room and nothing has been done and we see another ROACH now I’m on edge but really ain’t trying to make a scene I go to the desk explained what happened the lady says the same thing we don’t have ROACH problem showed her the videos and pics mam you do I don’t live here so they didn’t come with us we live in Texas so she say they didn’t come in and do nothing. Day 4 come we’re getting ready for the wedding and now they want to interrupt us to clean the room that they was supposed to clean the day before I tell my boys to exit the room and sit in the lobby 2 hours past made it to the room and it was still not cleaned went and spoke to the director of house cleaning who ensured the room would get cleaned she also told me the lied that was can have room services as much as needed as long as we request by 11am which I don’t understand how that work

Negatives: Dirty

Negatives: The air conditioner was a little loud, and so was the bathroom exhaust fan. Some parks of the hotel smelled like stale smoke.
