The valet parking crew was the best, a little pricey but great service. The main reason we booked this hotel was the location to our event. Will only book again for this reason.
Negatives:
Multiple guests were having issues with the glass elevators not stopping on the correct floor. The front desk needs to explain better upon check in that using your room key will possibly help. Our room had no bath towels only hand towels and two wash clothes. Multiple calls and over an hour later were finally were brought up. The rooms are also dated and bathroom very small.

Not sure if the restaurant is separately owned, but for a nice hotel, they need to step up their game. Breakfast was not good. At first we had paid $20 per person for buffet breakfast. Turned out it was included. Hotel was great taking care of it right away. You are in a nice hotel and charging $20 for breakfast, it should be of good quality. Do better.

The stairwells were filthy. Our bathroom door on the bathroom side was rotting with the veneer peeling off. I can see why we got such a good price, the place needs a renovation, though the room itself was just fine.

At 1 am, someone kept trying to get into my room. I eventually got up to see who it was when I thought I heard voices too, and a group of guests were confused and trying to open my door with their key. I didn't have contacts is and couldn't see who they were. It was a bit scary. They said they were told my room was their room.
