Negatives: Second floor above us loud could hear them walking

Negatives: The room, bedding and towels smelled moldy. The carpet was sticky

Negatives: The floor was stained the vent for the air conditioner was broke. The dresser drawer was broke. The walls were not repainted just patched up. Window didn’t lock good thing I was on the second floor and they told us they knew that. And the price was way too high for just a super eight. Only one ice machine that worked . For what they’re charged it was not worth staying there. Way too high price., they triple the amount to stay there just because there was a race by them

Negatives: The pillows were uncomfortable and small for a king-size bed. There was hair in the bathtub. There was red ink or nail polish on the top blanket.. There were people hanging outside of the hotel. I think this hotel is a home for some. Also, it's next door to the wisconsin corrections department. The carpeting could use some care.. replaced. The pictures on booking.com look nothing like the hotel. The hotel is quite run down. There were bags of trash laying in the stairwell. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Negatives: Some of The customers Across the hall clothing all in the hall. Customers in the hall and noisy. Did not get a comfortable feeling.

Negatives: There was no hot water for the entire 2 days of our stay making it very uncomfortab;le to wash up in the morning. We were told they were "working on it" but nothing got fixed. Also the electrical outlet by the bed only worked in one of the plug ins so to use my phone charger, I had to move the lamp plug to the half that didn;t work so we had no light in that part of theroom.

Negatives: No hot water and wasn’t informed until we paid

Negatives: I was informed that the hot water heater for the facility became inoperable the day before I booked the room there, and they did not inform me that they didn't have have hot water before I checked in.

Negatives: The entire place smelled like either cigarette smoke or pot everytime we walked in. Our beds were so wore out you could lay in the middle and would roll off the sides. They need to be replaced. The bathroom was disgusting. The hair dryer started smoking when attempting to use it. Not enough towels in the room. They came in and replaced our towels the second day but didn't change out the already empty tissue box or provide more coffee. The girl working the front desk was beyond rude and immediately had an attitude with us both mornings we were there and got cocky when my dad was letting her know about the issues we had there.
