Negatives: When we got there they gave us a key for the wrong room. When we realized the key didnt work we went down to the front desk and they told us to pull the door handle closer and try again. we did that, and a lady came out of the room and told her she was

Negatives: The pool was dirty and needed cleaning. The television worked with some difficulty and the air conditioner and heater was difficult to use it would only work on AC and very low setting.

Negatives: The walls are very thin. We could hear people in the hallway talking. There was a group of wedding guests staying there may be that was the cause for the noise.

Negatives: The mattress was very old and broken down

Negatives: The room had an HVAC unit near the window that was somewhat noisy. If we turned it off, the room would get stuffy. If we left it on, it would make noise in the night while we slept.

Negatives: No coffee maker in room, breakfast left a lot to be desired

Negatives: When we checked in, no mention was made that they do not provide room service. We accidentally broke a glass in the bathroom and I told the clean staff, but she didn't speak English. Also told the front desk. Glass still on the floor when we returned to the room. Had to wear my shoes for fear of glass slivers. The walls were so thin I heard conversations on both sides of the room and footsteps all night above. Sleeping was difficult. Not used to this type of Hotel experience especially when we were charged $450 for two nights-one expected more.

Negatives: Housekeeping nonexistent. Hilton policy is housekeeping every five days, which I am fine with. On an eight-day stay, I had to request housekeeping on day six because my room was not serviced on day five. It appeared the plan was not to service any rooms if housekeeping was not requested. Housekeeping did not leave clean towels or change the sheets. Had to fight for my booking.com rate. Tru wanted to charge me the standard rate. It took several conversations with the front desk staff (issue not resolved) then a call to booking.com, and a call to Tru by Hilton customer service to resolve. I probably spent a total of four hours, and much consternation, on this problem. The room did not have a comfortable chair to sit in. It only had a desk chair. It had no drawer storage; no traditional closet. One side of the bed had a traditionally-sized night stand. The other side had a tiny aqua pedestal with six-sided top. There was no surface large enough to open a suitcase on except the bed. The desktop was about 16x24. The furniture is of the cheapest quality. On Saturday morning, we left early to attend an event. We were going to grab a coffee and OJ to take with us. At 5:58 am, when we got to the lobby, the desk clerk was asleep in the chair, and the phone ringing. The service area for breakfast was still closed and dark and it appeared breakfast would not be ready in 2 minutes. We left without our beverages.

Negatives: Breakfast was not as good as an experience as a Holiday Inn Express. The pancake maker didnt work. Out of hard boiled eggs No brown sugar for the oat meal. Really missed those hot HIE cinnamon rolls

Negatives: All was great. A hot tub would be perfect

Negatives: We arrived at 10 pm after a 15 hour journey from Europe. We booked our stay five months in advance. Upon check-in we were informed that the cleaning personel quit two days before and no clean rooms were available. The reception responsibles were totally overwhelmed with the situation, close to a break-down. Where was the hotel manager to resolve such issues? Why were we not notified in advance as it was known two days beforehand. We waited for a refund confirmed by the hotel manager, and received it only a month later after going through booking.com. Worst hotel experience ever!

Negatives: Rooms too small for 60+ travelers. We need room to spread out. Perfect for one person business traveler.
