I did not know this hotel was for pets. However, the rooms smells just like pets, animal hair everywhere. Pillows donot smell fresh at all, hotel needs new ones. As I was asleep I was awoken by cigarette smoking from a room next door.
Carpet in Hotel lobby is old and filthy, needs to be upgraded. Older woman employee, at customer service desk could be friendlier. Necessary changes needed, before business goes down.
