The hotel was easy to find, check in was fast , our room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was amazing ! Also the sweetest woman working the breakfast area. My kids also loved the all day hot chocolate area.
Negatives:
The beds were a little bit small but we are tall .

Previous visitor had turned room fridge down all the way. I put bottle of milk, yogurt a cup of OJ in it. The next day everything was a solid block. Items were on bottom shelf. Temp dial in fridge was not correct.

The staff was amazing. They were very accommodating and made sure we had a place to stay for the night.
Negatives:
However, bookings.com was terrible. I made reservations online and bookings.com never gave the hotel my information. Therefore, they had sold out of all their rooms, and it took us over an hour to figure out how they were going to take care of us. And it was with no help from bookings.com. bookings.com. Also told the hotel later on that and they need to collect money from us and we had already paid online to bookings.com. It was a terrible experience and I will never use bookings.com again.
