The reservationist at the front desk, was amazing!!! My wife and I had driven from Boise,ID thru a storm. She offered us bottles of water, cookies and hot coffee from the front desk. Offered to help in anything we needed. Excellent and courteous!!!

When the highway closed unexpectedly over Thanksgiving weekend, they unhesitatingly let me book with my 80 lb dog. Lifesaver! It sure beat having to sleep in the car in 15 degree temperatures. I paid a little extra (~$50) for having the dog along, and I was delighted to get to do so. Clean facility, helpful staff, and a great location.

Who pays 600 for rooms that are all on different floors. Pet room had such odor that no one could breathe. Pee stains up the walls. Then tell us we owe more money. Never again. Even the pets shouldnt stay there.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Good location. Nice rooms except for the issues listed below.
Negatives:
Housekeepers use some cleaning solution/air freshener to which Im allergic. Original freshly cleaned room caused me to cough the whole time. 2nd room gave me a headache. Also, a piece of furniture in both rooms was scuffed and not restrained or replaced giving a shoddy look to an otherwise very nice room.
