Nice place, great location! we had chosen this place because its near Rogers Place , walking distance. The guy at the reception is very welcoming and friendly, dont know his name. He was the one who assited me when I was checking in, afternoon around 5-6pm of Sept 15,2024. Kind and smiley! Thanks again! King Suite is has a very nice view outside. Lot of room and very comfortable!

The location was close to the venue I was attending. Thankfully, it had enclosed parking. The accommidation was more than sufficent for the size of my party (just Me) and had all that I needed for the one night. Security procedures - to room floors - was reassuring.
Negatives:
The Parkade entrance is just sufficently large enough to get a car through - really need to not 'wobble' going throught the door. Did not know that the Room Card is needed to operate and access the Elevator. If it wasn't for the party that I was meeting, wouldn't have known that fact ( see above re. Security ).

Didn’t spend much time in the hotel but didn’t see much of any of the staff.
Negatives:
We had to pay for the room at the hotel so I assumed we’d be able to use our ama for the discount but was super annoyed to find out that we couldn’t because even though we paid at the hotel for the room it was booked using a third party site which makes no sense because we paid at the hotel. Parkade was horrible to get in and out of and cost 40 dollars for the night which is just insane. The hand lotion fell out of the wall when we got into the room and the shower just looked old and gross for such a modern looking hotel in all other aspects.
I’ve had better service and better experiences for half the price at a best western and probably wouldn’t book a double tree again for the night.

The room was booked and charged for 2 adults and one kids, but the service in room was for 2 people.
The room was stinky, it was from the sewage. :(
In booking time, I asked for free parking availability,, after few days and the last moment of my trip they reply me, the fee is $32+ tax a day. the worse part of parking is , entry and exit gate, so Awful. the sofa-bed was not clean, there was some hair there.
