The politeness of staff. The swimming pool. The breakfast oatmeal!
Negatives:
My room smelt as if there had been smokers in. Perhaps embedded in the carpet from smoking days. Could do with a deep clean.
That nobody showed me to my room. I'm old fashioned but it would be so nice for an elderly with three bags to be helped.
That there was no natural yogurt at breakfast nor fresh fruit salad.
Could there not be one waitress to help at breakfast - to freshen coffee, offer to make toast, clear up. Just a little for the personal human touch in an impersonal long- haul journey.

The shuttle bus was free and a wonderful service. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive. Unfortunately our flight was delayed. The hotel allowed us a late checkout at 1pm.
