Stealing money from people credit cards for early check in was not at all what I liked a lady before me was done like that then after I returned I discovered 100 dollars was removed from my card as well and I checked in at 3pm the staff is pocketing money

It seem like a lot of the people that were in that hotel actually live there. There was people outside, screaming laying down on the floor at 6 oclock in the morning we could already hear people outside smoking yelling with loud music. Overall, the hotel was not bad what was bad was that there was people living there as a home so they were always walk outside It was interesting that they all know each other.

Everything!! Front desk lady came out in a robe, was rude, didn't inform us the elevator wasn't working or offer to tell us where the stairs were. Smelled like weed in the halls! There were elderly people, who looked like they were high on something sitting in the stairways. We didn't sleep well at all.

The place was terrible. It stunk literally. Smelled horrible. The room was dirty. No smoke detectors in the room. No doors on the cabinet. No drawers in the dresser (if you want to call it that). Will never return.

It was people all sitting in front of the hotel drinking and smoking and when I first arrive went up to my room came back out a man looking strange was standing in the hall wall talking to hisself and staring me down couldnt walk through the hotel without people standing around in the way kids running around about to knock me down man looking crazy at me on the elevator asking about my foam cup its was just to much I wouldnt recommend this hotel to nobody

Horrible customer service, Guest outside drinking alcohol, all in the way, trash everywhere, bad smell when walking in the facility, I booked a double bed, and was given a single bed, Front desk receptionist was high, Guest selling drugs in front of the establishment, Female worker jumping over the counter. Did not feel safe here, refused to stay. Horrible experience.
