This was a complete nightmare. The hotel looked more like an apt bldg for rehab individuals and the mentally unstable. The elevator didnt work. The laundry room took my money and couldnt get a refund. No one at the front desk to speak with, no one to answer the phones. No way to check out and make sure you arent being charged. The floors weee bare, had to walk up four flight of stairs because elevator didnt work. The bldg isnt handicapped accessible. The bldg needs to be shut down!!!! I would never use this site again!!! Im very disappointed.

The front desk attendent was polite, respectful, and professional. They had good TV channels and the bed was comfortable. The hot water in the shower was perfect!
Negatives:
The first room I was in was on the 3rd floor and the room had not been cleaned at all. The hallway up there smelled old and dirty. I was moved to another room but it could have been cleaned better. The elevator smelled, too. The hotel was outdated.
