Went to take my eight children to see fireworks and got kicked out of the hotel room because apparently eight children is too many for one parent paid for the whole night did not stay. AC did not work in the room worst experience of my life.

I rented a room for 3 nights for a client of mine but she only stayed one night. The desk clerk gave me the number to call, top get an authorization for a refund, but I was put on hold for an unreasonable time with no one answering. I then sent an email to booking.com almost a week ago, but no one has responded.

Positives:
I never got to stay in my room. I paid for the room on booking com for 3 nights. When I got to the hotel is when I realized I needed an extra $100 for the deposit I told the lady I didn't have it right then and I went outside to go see if I can get it when I came back in she had canceled my room I emailed booking.com and told him if they could cancel the reservation I got the $100 like 5 minutes later I went back in to see if I can redo the reservation she told me no that she already sent them back to booking.com and there's nothing else she could do about it until they release my money now booking.com tells me they don't have my money and motel 6 tells me they don't have my money it's almost $200 and I don't know where my money is neither one of them knows where my money is

We couldn't even enter the room because of the fetid smell. The clerk just told us to leave the key there. Didn't get my money back.

The location was a little sus. The lobby was kinda hard to find, plus having the homeless laying in front of it, and in the pool area just chilling, was not a pretty.
