Positives: There was nothing that I liked about this place.
Negatives: The whole place looked like it was under construction. The common areas were filthy. Broken ice machines. Horrible customer service at the front desk, not helpful at all and rude.

Positives: I don't know why this motel has so many bad reviews, because I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms were clean, staff was accommodating, and while it's located near the highway, you can easily walk your way to downtown.
Negatives: It's true that the area can be a little sketchy at night
